Abstract

|
Uterine rupture still remains as one of the most serious complication during pregnancy and labor, though it¢¥s prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment have been improved progressively.
A case of spontaneous repture, due to neglected prolonged labor of Cephalopelv1c dispropertion, a case of spontaneous rupture of the previous classical cesarean section scar at the last week of pregnancy, a case of traumatic rupture due to breech extraction and forceps delivery of the after coming hydrocephalic fetal head and a case of traumatic- rupture occurred by the extraction efforts of the hydropic fetus are presented.
The literatures on uterine rupture are reviewed briefly.
